"Hey, dad, do you really have to go to work early today? Shayna and I are so comfortable here on the bed after breakfast, and we were hoping you could cuddle with us for a while." Lilly whispered. "Oh, Lilly and Shayna, I would LOVE to stay at home and cuddle this morning but I have a 9:00 meeting. The good news is that I'll be home in a few short hours and you'll have me here for the rest of the day. When I come home, we can have some play time in the yard and enjoy the beautiful day."
Well, that sounds like a pretty good tradeoff, sweet pals.
