White Dog waited patiently for her walk while Steve attempted to convince Rob that as middle class white men they would never be able to understand the hopelessness that pervades some segments of American society. She was quiet and attentive, knowing that she, too, was a member of the privileged class. Never would White Dog be used for fighting sports nor would she face brutality or starvation...like so many of her kindered in lesser circumstances.
