White Dog has become very protective of Steve since he hurt his ankle. She follows him around the house and when he rests his leg on the couch she lies along its length sniffing the bandage and trying to lick the ice pack. White Dog has an absolute stroke if Max comes near Steve for a pet. She's even watchful when friends (like Gregg) hover over to hug Steve.
