Zsofia came to me and asked me to intervene. "Diva is being a real brat today to everyone. That's nothing we can't deal with normally, and each of us knows how to work around her major attitude. The problem is that she was just very mean to Lilly. Lilly asked Diva nicely three times to move so that she could get through the door. The fourth time she was asked, Diva told Lilly she was comfortable and wasn't moving. Lilly was just being polite before, and now she was getting annoyed. She didn't say anything mean as she sort of hopped over Diva, never even getting close to touching her, I might add."
"Well, Zsofia, I have a solution. For Christmas, the White Dog Army received many new toys. You know how Diva likes to play with toys. Let's give her a new toy to distract her."
Zsofia excitedly said, "Dad, that worked!"
