White Dog is very grateful that Will Rogers donated his family home to the California State Park System--and that he loved polo and long front lawns! We spent the afternoon pleasantly picnicking and strolling and off-leash running on the beautiful grounds which were cool and quiet. Seeing White Dog run full-out down the length of the polo field-- fur streaming, legs stretched in graceful leaps--was a trip highlight. She seemed blissful.
