White Dog joined Heather, Steve and I as we gathered around the computer to create a walk-through animation of our Maya village model. It looked incredible we all agreed...but Heather and I also saw things that we want to tweak or add to. White Dog rolled her eyes at that thought. We copied all of the files and bundled the project up so that Heather can take it with her when she goes to Honduras on Tuesday. Everyone at Copan will be as thrilled as she is...I hope. I am a little nervous that one of the people who will view our model is Professor Fash, the undisputed Lord of all things Maya (he was featured on a Nova segment and has written several books on Copan). We took a minute to wish safe travel and good luck...Heather gave White Dog a good scratching behind the ears...and then both Heather and "my" Mayans were headed for Central America.
