White Dog went to the Park this morning! Not that she chose to leave the house but Steve carried her out to the car and off they went. Once there Steve kept her on-leash until she asked for more freedom (about two minutes). She ran and did all her usual Park frolicking and seemingly was fine. White Dog even spent a few minutes with Collette the spitz mix she knows. When she returned home I greeted her with pets and praise. Right now we think White Dog might be experiencing a bit of separation anxiety because she and I are always together. (I work from home and have been actually here alot this summer). So we are attempting to gently let her know it is ok to leave me. I guess the test will be White Dog's next scheduled Park morning.
Meanwhile White Dog, Steve, and I welcome my grandnephew, Cody Ryan, into the world! Tyler's new brother was born this afternoon.

Oh, White Dog!!! We are SO relieved that you went to the park, even if with prompting. We were really concerned for you. I bet mom is right about some separation anxiety - Prinnie does the same thing, and the vet said that is exactly what it is.
Phew!!!!
