White Dog and I spent an easy day recovering from yesterday's Maya "madness." She does not like the idea that my next job project will require me to be gone from home two entire days during the work week. As much as White Dog sometimes detested the attention that the Mayan city took I was at least home all of the time and could work to a schedule that made us both happy. If I am doing architectural drafting, our routine will change. It is going to be rough at first on both of us!

Don't worry, White Dog. My family is going to leave me home with my brother while they go away. I would LOVE to come visit, but my mom said that I have to stay home and guard the house, but thanks for the invite!
I begged mom not to work away from home. I am a lucky girl because someone is home with me almost all the time. Maybe it won't be so bad if it's just a few days a week - your mom might feel bad enough to give you some extra treats!!

ps: My mom said she has always wanted to go to the ballon festival in your town. Maybe someday, she says, but I would be scared of the loud noises too, and would bark at them to tell them to stop.
Oh noooo your mom can't leave you! Well. You can always come here and play. :) Poor kid, i'm sure you guys will do ok. Just don't eat your mom's rug, like tesla does when my sister leaves her. They have to lock her up now because she can't STAND when sister leaves the house.
