White Dog, Steve and I babysat for puppy Dragon tonight while Gregg and Candace attended a holiday function. Poor little guy was neutered yesterday and is still pretty drugged and confused. His parents did not want to leave him unattended with a cone on his head. White Dog was very concerned every time he wheezed (sore throat from the tube inserted during the surgery) and when he whimpered she went over to check him out personally. Each enjoyed pork fried rice and chicken with vegetables stir-fry for dinner although White Dog thought Dragon rude for licking her plate clean after she was through. Both now nap--White Dog on the couch looking down at Dragon in his travel crate--as we await Gregg and Candace's return.
