White Dog's day was chock full of preparations for the show--a morning at the groomers to coif her to her fluffy best, an afternoon of related errands (Home Depot, the hardware store), and then Howard and Jim arrived from Chicago! Wonderful friends that they are, they came just for the weekend, just for my art exhibit (and, Jim added, to walk White Dog and to feed her treats!)...they are so supportive. A group effort helped finish hanging art in record time...everything is now ready (and has met White Dog's approval). Tomorrow is the day! Thanks to everyone in DWB for their best wishes and kind words...I feel fortified by all your positive energy!
