White Dog was almost insulted when Steve came home at lunch and ran into the bathroom. When he came out he greeted her properly and explained his urgency. The office addition construction continues and through a series of mishaps and bad timing there are currently no functioning facilities at his office--this has been the case for two days now. The contractor's solution thus far has been to bring in a second port-a-potty--and (no joke) to label one "men" and the other "women"! This combined with the constant haze of plaster dust that fills the building (and Steve's lungs) has White Dog (now very sympathetic) and I wondering what hope regular clients have if the architect's own addition faces such issues?
