White Dog and Steve played hard at the Park. It was deserted this cold early morning. Then she came home to rest while Steve went to teach. After, we went to Camryn's 3rd Birthday. The enchiladas were a big hit. The birthday boy loved the Clifford, the Big Red Dog Books White Dog especially picked out for him. White Dog was the object of adoration by half a dozen over-sugared children. Patient and gentle for a long time, and even accepting of Camryn's cat stroooling past her, White Dog finally sought safety under my chair. We took this as a sign that it was time for us to gracefully exit (especially since Steve was also looking a little shell-shocked from being Nerf gunned and remote car banged). The poor girl is already asleep as we pull away from their house!

Siku MArie, you are such a good sport! You have a lot more patience than I do. I would have chased the kitty, but you showed great restraint! Maybe you can teach me how you do so well in social settings.

Love,
Prinnie
