White Dog sighed to Quinn as she saw the boxes and files come out of hiding and get arranged across the front room, "It looks like they are finally serious about organizing the tax stuff; this is going to be a long, boring day!" She was right (as usual) as we sorted and trashed and entered data into our dueling laptops all afternoon. Of course, White Dog supervised the operation between naps. Quinn, just walked through piles and sniffed trying to figure out what was going on. It was long and boring since we had dedicated the day to this dreaded process; that meant no yoga, no bike ride, no friends for lunch...just paperwork! We did take many "pet the pups" breaks (White Dog insisted that it was for OUR sanity). We are only about one third of the way through but could stand no more, accountant be damned, so we stacked everything neatly to be continued and brushed out White Dog and Quinn to relieve stress.

Tax day is soon approaching....not fun....
We did our taxes already - we are lucky ours are fairly simple. And honestly our accountant does most of the work! It is good that you have the doggies there to make sure you get enough breaks in between!

My parents are procrastinating even longer, and have yet to begin sorting thru all of the Barkery stuff!! I think I might need to take the sibs and head to the beach for the day when they start to pull things out!! Yikes!!!
We're glad you eventually got your priorities in place. At least from the dogs' point of view.

My parents are also in the midst of taxes. They have been doing a little at a time. Probably will be done this weekend, finally. Paws crossed.
