"My goodness," Steve said to her. "You would think it was YOU heading off for a late night class!
Quinn rallied to his sister's defense. "It is not like that, when you are gone so long time just seems to drag and drag. Nothing is right. We eat dinner without you. Michael is already asleep when you get home. Our walk happens in the middle of the day and then at midnight. It is just such an awful way to start the week!"
"Yeah, everyone hates Mondays because it is back to work and routine demands. But OUR week also starts by your being gone for like a million hours," White Dog continued.
"We try to spend as much time as possible with you to keep you from going to work but we know you are going to go because you have to and even before you have stuff you do at your desk here...and today you and momma went to the grocery. We hardly had any time together..." Puff sighed.
"And on Mondays you don't even get to go in really late like you do on Too Late Thursdays. Mondays are just like White Dog said, climbing a mountain." Quinn finished.
"
"Look at the bright side, White Ones," Steve hugged them, "Tuesdays I get home BEFORE dinner time AND I don't leave home until noon; same with Wednesdays. Maybe thinking about the rest of the week will make the mountain a bit shorter." With that he had to dress for work.

It does sound like a long long day, waiting and hoping he'll be home, I know, only at least , you know it's just monday. It's all bettew and down hill fwom thewe..i don't have a wootine..some days, wifout wawning, Mommi and Daddi bof have to leave and I'm alone. You have the whole wondewful awmy to keep you company..smile sweet fwiends

Monday sucks, just no way around it :) I love the last picture, so sweet! I know Haylie has been all sorts of confused with Fred not being around anymore and then my schedule has changed twice this month to do my montly infusions and then we have been traveling so the poor thing is prolly all confused! Heres to monday being over!

We are still trying to dig out of a very busy weekend. Well, Mom is trying. We got to spend a lot of time sleeping.
