February 21, 2013

White Dog thought like I did that when Steve announced early this morning that it had snowed that he meant Albuquerque-style snow an eight flake dusting that would be melted as soon at the alarm clock went off. When he corrected our warm still in the blankets misconception with the measurement of "at least 4 inches" I said, "Yeah, right" and pulled the blankets closer. White Dog jumped off of the bed and challenged him, "Show me!"

"Holy guacamole!" reported the Little White Dog of My Heart as she hopped back into bed and pressed her cold wet furs against me. Steve sat on the other side, radiating cold and sticking his camera under my nose. "See!"
And finally, from YoYoMa and Steve's walk mid-morning...
neighborhood St. Francis is joined by a little follower this frigid day.

Oh that looks so cold compared to the 85 degrees we're supposed to hit this afternoon and over the weekend.

Looks cold! But pretty. Good thing white dog has the black nose and those pretty dark eyes so you can find the sweetie in the snow! Thanks for visiting and commenting. Sasha is hanging in there and holding steady,
