White Dog indicated we should open the small yellow mailer first. "I think it will make Teez VERY happy. Heck, it might even seem like a trophy for his Eureka! moment of yesterday."
Her words drew everyone around us.
It was the long awaited (well actually not THAT long but it seemed like forever to My Boy) WDA identification tag.
"You wear the Rainbow well," his siblings complimented him.
"Why does he look so sad?" Opal asked.
"Poor Teez is still recovering from his dental of last week. Remember, he lost ALL those teeth? Well, I think he has been chewing on things his mouth is not yet ready to take on and now it is sore. We gave him some medication to help. And dad explained that he must NOT eat or chew anything that is not soft until Dr. Julia gives a paws up next week."
"He still looks very handsome in his new tag," she said and nuzzled his ear.
