White Dog made the executive decision to give the free gift to Opal. Our vet's office has joined a cooperative of vet offices to allow their clients access to an on-line pharmacy; we tried it out with Nilla's antibiotic prescription. The box arrived today and included a thank you note as well as a free pinwheel stuffie.
One toy among an Army is not easy to legislate but White Dog had sound reasoning. "Opal is the Keeper of Toys in our house. She tends to them every morning plus she does not mind sharing with Bailey, Zso, and Bella who also like to play. Let us give it to her to start."
Opal graciously accepted the gift and quickly scurried to the crate to add it to her day's stash. When she got distracted by the sounds of beginning dinner preparation, Bailey stepped in to try out the new toy.
Steve looked at the clock. "Great job, girls, from out of the box to total destruction in the blink of an eye. Lovely teamwork" And to Zso standing left out of the fun, "Next time Zso-Zso YOU get first rights."
Both Opal and Bailey now stood at the gate to the kitchen. "OK, dad, that was mildly amusing now where is dinner!"

Wow, you two. That toy sure was fun while it (briefly) lasted!
Dogs faithful animals. We need to know something about dogs. Especially those who love dogs. About using dog behavior. And they have some special reasons why they do this.
