White Dog ran herself tired as the cast broke into groups to rehearse scenes from Hamlet. Out in the yard Laertes (Zsofia) and Hamlet (Roman) were practicing the duel.

Opal as Ophelia at last takes control of her own life at the "river" as Bella (as the Queen Gertrude) practiced her lines announcing the tragic death at Court. Over and over the girls replayed the moment trying different tones and gestures until they developed a poetic ending to the never to be future Queen's life.

Horatio and Barnardo, Tizenegy and Joey (via Zoom), exchange "I am your friend" expressions and practice body language that would tell Hamlet and the ghost that each understood and was loyal.

White Dog hooked up with Sally and Andy. "Rosencranz and Guildenstern are Hamlet's childhood friends so they are all very tight; they have no secrets and yet they are at Elsinore at the new king's request to be spies and figure out the reason for Hamlet's madness. So there is a burr under the blanket so to speak. Play the roles with a bit of discomfort." Sally looked up from the script. "Like there are cracks beginning in the bond? Love but a little fear?" WD nodded at the camera. "I'll help Andy practice Sally assured the Director."

Pearl (Marcellus) and Charley (Francisco) practiced striding up and down the deck ramp with confidence and purpose befitting a palace guard.

White Dog and Bailey looked through Steve's closet for the right tie to fine tune Bai's  Polonius with a look of a fussy formal fussbudget.

White Dog glanced at her watch. "OMD! It is almost noon," she called. "You must all be exhausted. We have been working for nearly FOUR hours. Come have some water, a few jerky treats, and Steve will cut up some watermelon. Cool down. I think you were all brilliant today but let's not push too hard. Have a snack then let's call it a day.

"Tomorrow I think Asta and I will work on her soliloquy as Fontinbras and on Bailey's Borrower speech. Steve can help me picture the costumes we have come to agreement on and perhaps scrounge up some additional choices for others. Everybody else, let me know what ideas you have and come by if you want to get in a little extra time...otherwise sleep late and we will meet after the weekend."

She walked into the house, humming https://youtu.be/aGyiuFZ7cs8
