White Dog looked pointedly at Steve when she learned that the two Maltese puppies she has been playing with come to the Park every day! Steve tried to explain that an architect's life is very different from that of an anthropologist (as both parents of the Malteses are) but White Dog still moped. She perked up a little on the ride home when Steve reminded White Dog that she was having bacon for breakfast!
