White Dog led Steve, Jinniro, Romellow and Brenna down the path on a hike through Tunnel Canyon that was meant to mark the beginning of Brenna's birthday celebration. Minutes later, the group returned to the car with the injured Steve bringing up the rear. He had sprained (maybe broken) his ankle and writhed in pain as the ankle ballooned. We managed to salvage the chair lift ride at the ski area for the kids (where Brenna got scratched) and a quick celebratory pizza party dinner (where Brenna skinned her knee). Finally we took White Dog's advice and postponed the rest of the festivities until the injured were recovered.
