White Dog, Steve and I enjoyed our first outdoor cafe luncheon of the season at Sophia's in the North Valley. We sat in the warm sunshine and had dessert first--cinnamon chocolate brownies with whipped cream (which White Dog loves) and berries. The mango iced tea had plenty of ice cubes just as White Dog enjoys. It was tough deciding whether to mooch my chicken quesadilla or Steve's salmon tacos so White Dog divided her begging somewhat equally. Still in a food stupor, White Dog was glad that we were going out with Richard for dinner and leaving her to nap. BUT she was excited to hear his promise to prepare a New Mexican native foods feast for us at home soon.
