White Dog started a chain reaction of stubbornness at agility class today. She refused to "Down, Wait" in the pause box. She obediently jumped up, She sat and beamed enthusiasm. But she would not lie down. The rest of the course White Dog ran with ease. Buster, who followed her, refused every bribe and incentive (including new treats) also choosing not to go flat. Poppy always has trouble with this starting position and couldn't do it at all today. She was too squirmy to lie down; the best Rob could get her to do was "roll over." At first, Daisy got into position perfectly but I think she was peer-pressured and after that run, she refused to "Down, Wait" again.
