White Dog Army. All legal with city licenses and not since Puff came to live with us, accomplished with NO hassles! The WDA is proudly wearing the sort of ugly license tags and waiting for the "surprise" inspection by an Animal Welfare Officer to give final approval for the Multi Dog Permit.
