White Dog is the Queen when it comes to wanting things her particular way and she usually has a sound, logical plan to make it happen.

Seems her habits are rubbing off on happy-go-lucky Sachi.

Our Little Man has been sleeping in the bathroom more and more frequently (usually pressed against the bathtub); it has only been recently that he has developed a peculiar new ritual.

There is a mat in front of the sink which extends to the corner where the threshold begins. Sachi has decided that he enjoys that spot because he can see what is going on in the hallway. He snuggles against the sink cabinet and the wall.

BUT he prefers the coolness of the floor to the little rug. He solves the problem neatly and deliberately.

Before he rests, Sachi grabs the corner of the mat with his two front feet and kicks backward. Then he uses his teeth to adjust the rug into a neat little triangle that gives him enough floor space to be comfortable without making the rug a bunched up tripping hazard.

Considerate, neat, AND meeting his requirements. Perfect.
