More time playing in the yard because fresh air and exercise are good.
More time for walks. Dad DOES make all of his heart health steps every day but nice leisurely walks in the neighborhood with a floofy friend or several, is a wonderful way to unwind.
More park time with someone you love to do zoomies and breathe in the early morning air adds positivity.
More "Dad" time to be by himself to meditate and unwind without distraction.
More time for yoga clears the mind and keeps the body limber.
More time to just stretch and breathe.
More time just hanging out with friends listening to music and chilling.
