White Dog cautioned Steve before he harnessed up the Sibe Sisters, "There is going to be a lot of temptation out there; keep a tight hold." And off the three went for their pre bedtime walk.
They returned very excited. "It was a smorgesbord of street treats," Zsofia gushed. "Yeah, I think the day after the parade is much better...no crowds, no honking and music noise, but lots of edible things left behind."
Steve chimed in. "These two nearly pulled my arms off. I cannot believe the garbage just dropped to the ground: popcorn, candy canes, hot chocolate in cups, stuff mushed too badly to identify. And of course they wanted to sample every bit...and were not happy to be told "Leave It" but amazingly they did."
Zsofia beamed at White Dog. "We were pretty good girls. I think we deserve reward treats."
