 Diva has made a huge metamorphosis since she joined the White Dog Army. The shaggy, overweight bark-a-holic who arrived looked like this:

Between Steve, to whom she is devoted, and the Army our Littlest Girl has a new look 

Healthier meals and treats have helped her regain energy and trim up. The arrival of Lilly has given her a bedtime walk partner who has boosted the activity from a stroll to a powerwalk and then a stroll to cool down. As an aside, the Tiny Terror is negotiating with Steve to get her own WDA harness like Lilly's.

Losing weight and gaining muscles has opened a path of independence when it comes to moving vertically. Instead of needing Steve's help "up," the Little Miss now backs up, tenses her leg muscles and flies. It is a definite advantage when Steve is eating dinner or she wants to sleep in the sun puddle on the bed.

"Soon," Zsofia noted, "Diva will want to run with the Big Kids when we play chase in the yard instead of just watching and cheering from the deck."
