White Dog was relieved when we got the call from the vet cancelling her appointment due to emergencies in the office. She was supposed to have dental checkup and a heartworm test. White Dog hates going to the vet. When we pull up to the storefront she shakes and cries and tries to hide. Last time she even lost bladder control. I know White Dog is very stressed but Dr. Skains tries very hard to make her comfortable (even sending the tech out to the car to do the pre-exam temp taking etc.). Unfortunately for White Dog, it is a necessary part of continued good health--that has only been delayed.
