White Dog waited only a few minutes after the gallery opened at 5pm for our first guest--a woman who had read about the show and who had travelled from Santa Fe just to see mu work (what a great start!). From then until 9 there was a constant flow (about 50 people total) of people--friends, and most amazingly, strangers coming just to see my paintings!
White Dog behaved perfectly, greeting friends effusively, sitting for strangers, staying calm calm throughout--even when people wanted to sit close to me and discuss my images. It was incredible!

The last walk ins left at two minutes until 9. White Dog went home and a small group of us humans went for a celebratory dinner...bringing the very tired White Dog home a complete lamb shank (meat and all).

The night was a perfect success filled with sharing and artistic gratification. Wow! For those who are curious about what my art is about: www.rawhonesty.com
