White Dog appreciates that we live a block away from historic Route 66. She thinks it is kind of cool that so many movies and television shows include scenes shot along the same street she regularly walks. White Dog does not like it when film crews come and shoot at night. They put up big banks of lights that steal our darkness and talk over loudspeakers that break our silence. She tries to bark them into respecting the hour, but is always ignored. Last night was no different as the backing up semis beeped, directions were shouted, and it glowed like daylight. White Dog paced on the deck and harrumphed unhappily until the voice called "That's it for tonight!" at a little after midnight.

And you're not even in Hollywood!! Don't the film crews understand that you have many jobs to do throughout the day that require a good nights sleep so you can be replenished for the next adventure?? Maybe, though, if you bark loud enough, you will be in the next big movie!

Prinnie

Siku,
I'm sorry those horrid hollywood types are bothering you. If you want someone to talk to them, let me know. Perhaps, I can help.

All that noise, some poeple! I'm so glad that they wrapped things up at a reasonable hour.
