White Dog did not appreciate Opal endlessly practicing her new trick. "Please! She has been squeaking that flamingo for like six hours!"

Opal and I have been working on the command, "Make her sing!" for some time now. It is a trick Zsofia learned as a pup and one that our toy playing diva, Opal, seemed like a natural to master.
She has put the pieces together brilliantly so that she will now fetch Pink Girl from the toy box, hold the toy and squeezes just the right spots to make the squeakers "sing." And now we no longer need a treat enticement. Sometimes Opal will come up with Pink Girl, lie at feet, and make her sing.

She smiles broadly when I applaud in delight and tell her what a smart, beautiful musician she is.
