White Dog called Bailey front and center. "I am entrusting you with an important job," WD told her sister. "It will require you to go with Dad and represent the entire White Dog Army. Are you up for a car ride and posing for photos?"

We received word earlier in the week that I had won a bag of our favorite dog kibble and some cool toys from the great store we frequent for all things dog. Lisa, the owner, asked if a member of the White Dog Army could join Steve is accepting the award.

It was not an easy decision for White Dog to delegate the appearance but she has decided that it is important for the other members of the WDA to go out and gain some experience meeting our public.

When it came time to go, Bailey waited patiently while Steve leashed her; Zsofia did not understand why SHE could not accompany her sister and had to be led physically back inside the house. She watched Bailey hop in the car (she is a very good car rider Steve reported) and drive away then began a keening song of missing her sister that continued until they returned home. Zso could not be consoled or convinced that Bai would be back with treats for all.

Meantime, Bailey did the White Dogs proud. This is our blue-eyed devil accepting our prize politely and with excellent manners.
And the reunion when Bailey returned home was a blizzard to check out the treats and a special,  heartwarming sisterly welcome from Zso.
