White Dog seems to be already reaping benefits from the pre-procedure antibiotics Dr. Julia prescribed. Once again the Little White Dog of My Heart has an appetite and is eating...not just the liquids but
asking for little tastes of real food. We are being cautiously optimistic and careful not to overfill her still restricted stomach volume...but the entire White Dog Army stops and watches as she gently takes a bit of chicken or cheesecake...then we all smile.
The biggest sign that White Dog is on the mend is that she is
smiling again and participating in family life with interest.
Looking into her eyes and seeing her less depressed makes us impatient for Monday and the procedure that will essentially drain the problem away.
