White Dog asked Opal to do some preventative work with Tizenegy.

"You brother comes plowing around the corner to the front room and EVERY time ends up tangled in momma's oxygen hose," White Dog told her. "He either trips himself or jerks the line so it almost rips out of momma's nose."

Opal agreed to help. She called Tiz to the hall doorway. "Brother, see the coiled up hose here? You must be careful to give it wide berth when entering the front room. Watch me."
"If you stay in the middle of the door and turn at the end of momma's cart you will avoid all problems and no one will get hurt. Now you try it."

Our OCD boy started from his bed four different times, pulling up each time right before the hose. "I am so nervous," he complained. Opal was patient. "Try again and focus on the MIDDLE of the room; don't look down. You will get past it before you even stop moving." Three more false starts and then...success! Opal cheered and Tizenegy sang a victory song.
He turned to go back into the office to repeat his success at coming out ...and stumbled over the hose. "I am guessing we are a work in progress," Opal told White Dog. "Just give us some time to practice."
