White Dog nodded at her brother. "He totally captures Autumn today. Vibrantly colored yet melancholy with a bit of a crackle."
Roman struggles with change especially the seasonal kind. It leaves him edgy but he has learned, at these times, to just isolate himself. The White Dog Army understands and cuts him a wide swath, even Bella who so would like to cuddle with him to make him feel better.
Momma knows to whisper gently and then leave space, "I am here if you need reassurance or comfort. Know you are safe and loved, Sweet Boy of Mine."
