White Dog hopped up on the bed. "Momma, some of the White Dogs think it must be tremendously boring having to stay in bed with you legs up. They want to know if it would be ok if they took turns entertaining you and playing games."

She was right, of course, even computer use was limited to the Chrome so any real work that required files was out of the question. Plus the WDA has devotedly rested around me all day...could not be very exciting for them. I nodded at the suggestion.

White Dog gave me a profound drubbing playing scrabble...with her knowledge of Eskie and many other dog languages she was able to out score me in no time.

Opal pulled out all of the squeaky toys and lined them up along the side of the bed. She then created a tone poem by selectively making them sing. It was music from the heart.

Zsofia stretched out against across the bed and she held a stick. Zso pushed the stick into the middle of the "playing field" and drew back her paws. At her woo we both tried to be the first to claim the wood. She won most as she was less inhibited about using her mouth as a tool,

Bella want ed to play "Pick the Cup" using two of the empty pill cups and the bedtime treats. I put a treat into one cup and mixed up the two vessels behind my back. Then I held them out to her. She carefully considered then daintily nosed one of the cups, her guess as to the one holding the treat. She was not very good as she kept changing her mind and then tried to LOOK inside but she made me laugh.

Everypup was distracted by treats so  we paused for a round of sick momma noshes.

As a finalae, Tizenegy performed the Amazing Tiz where he would step outside through the dog door at Steve's command to reappear with a "TADA" seconds later. Every "TADA" seemed to come with an expectation of a round of treats for the house when the strategy failed, interest waned and thhe WDA wandered off to check the yard, the front window, give momma a rest.
