A classic with Siku Marie and our now Angel Oso that sends our message of NOH8 in 2020

White Dog and the White Dog Army gathered around to join the discussion. Bella pressed up against me and shook. "Momma you were sick for SO long, you STILL are not all well. This year was very scary." I softly reassured her and looked around my family. "It has been a challenge, Little One, but one little step at a time directed with love and determination has brought us to this point of success. And I will continue to improve, with lots of thanks to all who believe in me."

White Dog looked around and said, "2019 was the year I saw this WDA, all of you, grow into a true pack. The devotion and care you show toward each other fills my heart. Roman, you have made great strides in coming to understand the inclusion of family; and the rest of you have been accepting and patient with the quirks of old baggage that sometimes surface...and not just in Roman."

Pearl cleared her throat, "From my perch on the window chair, I have watched lots of things going on that has not always been nice. It seems the world is forgetting how important kindness is. That is why I am proud of US. We try very hard to be kind to each other and to everyone who enters our home."

White Dog nodded in agreement. "Sometimes I wish we could gather all of the world leaders together and tell them, "STOP fighting. Be kind. Reach out a paw."

"...and don't be afraid. Fear blinds you and locks shut your heart," Zsofia added.

"Believe," Opal continued. "In yourself. In your loved ones. In the world. In the coming year."

"If you believe, it is impossible to ignore what is right. That hope makes you, us, stronger, more caring, and more filled with light," Tizenegy shared.

White Dog sniffed the air, "I think the lasagna is ready and those meatballs have been simmering for hours sending off a love potion. Let's break for dinner and then we can have family movie night to drown out the celebration noises...with buttered popcorn, of course!"

Every pup followed Steve out to the kitchen to check the oven. "What's that Scottish saying, dad?" Bailey asked. "What? Oh, you mean Auld Lang Syne." "Yes, let's lift a cup of kindness for days gone by...and toast the White Dog family members over the Rainbow Bridge."
