White Dog WALKED out from the bedroom to supervise Steve's preparation of the grilled duck breasts; duck is one of her specialities. She checked the marinade, adjusted the grill temperature and sampled the pomegranate molasses and walnut sauce before turning to leave Steve and his sous chefs to prepare the asparagus and spicy Lebanese potatoes that completed the dinner plate. Dessert was a simple cheesecake chilling in the refrigerator.  

After, there were contented sighs and snorts as everyone settled to comfortable digest as we watch the light change in the room as sun set. Together, we shared the perfectness of our togetherness until it was time to close the blinds and turn on the lights.
